Can I collect and return the chairs myself?

You are welcome to collect and return the chairs yourself. If your order however is a large order you will most likely have to hire a van and/or a trailer in order to transport the chairs. The wimbledon chairs fold flat which make them easier to transport and the phoenix chairs can be stacked to a maximum of 8 chairs high.

Please note however that if the chairs get damaged whilst you are transporting them then you will be held liable for the cost of repairing or replacing the chair.

When will the chairs be delivered and collected?

In most instances the chairs will be delivered one working day prior your function date and will be collected one working day after your function. Please make arrangements with your venue for the delivery and collection of the chairs.

Please note that we generally do not do deliveries or collections on weekends or public holidays. Should this be required an after hour fee will be charged to your delivery and collection fee.

How do I go about getting a quotation?

To provide you with a quotation you can submit the contact form and we will supply you with a quotation for your event.  Alternatively you can email us on with the following details :

  • Function date
  • Amount of chairs
  • Type of chair
  • Venue details
  • Your contact details

It is important to note that a quotation is not a guarantee that you have confirmed your order. Only once we have received your deposit (which is 20% of the value of your order) can we confirm your order for the specific function date. Any changes to your order must be made at least five business days prior to your function date and are subject to availability.

Do you have any decor?

Do you have any special arrangement with coordinators, venues and suppliers?

We provide special discounts for wedding coordinators, venues and suppliers in industry to ensure long term relationships are maintained. If you would like to discuss your needs please contact us by emailing or call 083 234 8337.

Do you provide a delivery and collection service for the chairs?

Yes, we can deliver and collect the chairs for you at an additional fee within Cape Town and the surrounding areas.  The cost of the delivery and collection will depend on the number of chairs which you hire as well as the location of the delivery and collection point.

Do the chairs come with cushions?

Yes, the wimbledon chairs have a cushion built in on them and the phoenix and tiffany chairs come with a separate cushion.  
We are white and black cushions available for the phoenix and tiffany chairs at present.  There is no extra cost for the cushion.

How and when do I make payments for chairs?

We unfortunately do not have card facilities but you can make payments via EFT, SnapScan or cash.

Please note that your order can only be confirmed once a deposit has been paid.  The balance outstanding is payable 5 working days prior to your function.
Please note further that the chairs will only be delivered, or may only be collected, once full payment has been received – no exceptions!
